PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan has said the 31st December deadline remains “a firm target” for completing a proposed merger with LIV Golf and the DP World Tour, following reports no deal would be agreed by that date.

In a surprise move on Tuesday evening, Dallas Mavericks team owner Mark Cuban sold a majority stake in the franchise to Miriam Adelson. As one of the most prominent governors in the NBA -- as well as one of the most outspoken -- Cuban's decision to sell a majority stake in the Mavericks was unexpected, but Marc Stein reports that he'll still retain full control of basketball operations.

Alex Rodriguez and Marc Lore still haven’t formally become the new majority owners of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx — but help from a $382 billion global investment firm may finally push their deal across the finish line.
Rodriguez and Lore own 40% of the teams, and current Timberwolves/Lynx majority owner Glen Taylor recently said that he expected the pair to delay the deadline to make their next payment, which would give them full control.
Ken Griffin Is in Talks to Buy Miami Dolphins and F1 Stakes - BNN Bloomberg - November 21st
(Bloomberg) -- Ken Griffin is in talks to buy a minority stake in the Miami Dolphins, positioning himself to join the growing number of finance titans that count themselves as team owners in the National Football League.
Owner Stephen Ross is discussing selling part of the Dolphins, along with a stake in the Hard Rock Stadium and the F1 Miami Grand Prix to Griffin, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.
PFL Completes Acquisition of Bellator, Readies to Challenge UFC - Front Office Sports - November 20th
The Professional Fighters League’s monthslong pursuit of Bellator finally concluded on Monday.
PFL announced that it had completed its acquisition of Bellator from Paramount, a move that gives PFL a roster of fighters — in size and independent rankings anyway — that is close to UFC’s roster.
